The Stilwell/Stillwell name is still relatively uncommon in the UK. As at 2002 there were only 835 Stilwells and 920 Stillwells in the UK (and 42 Stillaways) according to the Office of National Statistics. That's just 1797 of us in total across the United Kingdom.
